The Asean Ladies Coffee Morning organized by Vietnam High Commission was held on 17th June 2009 at the Saigon Saigon restaurant in King Street, Hammersmith, London in conjunction with the farewell to Phillippines ambassador's wife, Mrs Lydia Espiritu. There were 5 ladies from Perwakilan London enjoyed the sumptious Vietnamese luncheon spread as well as get to know with other asean ladies.
The Spring Bowling tournament organized by Sport and Social Club, Malaysian High Commission was held on 13th June 2009 at the Airport Bowling Alley, Bath Road, Harlington, Middlesex. A group of 12 ladies from Perwakilan London participated in this tournament. The results were as follows:
On the 11th June 2009, Group A organised a farewell and welcoming party with the theme of “Polka Dot” to bid farewell to Puan Rashidah Mohd Sies and Puan Faridah Noordin and welcome a new member Puan Siti NurJuliza to Perwakilan London. There were an exciting games, cultural dance and karaoke performed by Ladies of Perwakilan London. The highlight of the party was a special performance of belly dance by Puan Rashidah, Puan Faridah and Puan Hasmah. The winner for the best dressed won by Puan Zaiton Abdul Rahman.
In conjunction with the Official Celebration of His Majesty SPB Yang di-Pertuan Agong's Birthday, H. E. Ambassador Datuk Abdul Aziz Mohammed has graciously hosted a tea reception for the Malaysian community in the United Kingdom at the Rumah Malaysia, 1, Templewood Gardens, London on 6th June 2009. Members of all Malaysian Government Departments and Agencies were invited and well dressed in their national costumes. They were variety of delicious, tasty and spicy authentic Malaysian foods served on that day consisted of satay with peanut sauce, curry noodle, beef rendang with yellow rice, fried vermicelli, ice kacang, desserts, etc. 
Held on the 18th May 2009, the Thailand ladies hosted their coffee morning at the majestic Tudor palace of Hampton Court. It was the first unique coffee morning hosted by other ladies group. This is because the occasion was a 2-in-1 affair; a full guided tour of the palace plus a coffee morning at the palace restaurant. Four ladies from PERWAKILAN accompanied PERWAKILAN London’s President, YBhg Datin Munah. They were lucky to have the opportunity to tour around the Hampton Court palace, and at the time of the visits, the palace had their live show of King Henry VIII’s big day/marriage to Lady Kateryn Parr, his sixth wife.
